In addition, we discuss the numerous benefits EBRHA membership offers to local rental property owners and managers. Landlord 101 is the first in a series of continuing education workshops offered by EBRHA. This workshop covers the basics of rental property ownership and management in Northern Alameda & Contra Costa counties. We urge EBRHA members and visitors to attend our "Landlord" workshops throughout the year in order to stay up to date with any new laws and updates in the rental housing industry. Landlord 101 is always free to members and $69 for non-members.

EBRHA offers a variety of special workshops every month in various topics affecting property owners and landlords. Special workshops are presented by industry professionals, such as attorneys or certified experts, to inform you about relevant issues affecting the rental housing industry. As an added benefit, special workshops are always discounted to EBRHA members (please see individual workshop pricing and policies below). We urge EBRHA members & visitors to attend our workshops throughout the year to stay current on any issues that will help you effectively manage your property. 

See below for a list of upcoming special workshops. Unless noted, all specialty workshops are $39 for members and $69 for non-members. A mandatory prepayment is required. There is a 72 hour cancellation policy for all workshops, and no refunds on no-shows.
