Jill Broadhurst, EBRHA Executive Director
As EBRHA’s Executive Director, Jill is responsible for the strategic goals of the organization, including the financial health, membership growth, education curriculum and service options. Jill began her work with EBRHA as the Community Affairs and Advocacy Director back in 2010. At a very young age, Jill was introduced to property management and ownership through her immigrant parents. It is from this very personal story that she is able to provide balance and clarity in representing the diverse make-up of property owners.
Wayne Rowland, President, EBRHA & CalRHA; President of Rowland Property Management
Wayne is President of the EBRHA and CalRHA. He is an avid representative of EBRHA issues in the community. He purchased his first property a year out of college and has over 30 years of real estate investment experience. He is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a degree in finance.
Ron Kingston, President of California Political Consulting Group (CalPCG) & EBRHA State Lobbyist
Ron is the President of the California Political Consulting Group (CPCG) and EBRHA’s state lobbyist. Ron’s accomplishments are well-recognized in the state of California as a result of a deep knowledge of historical, political, functional and technical aspects of the law. Ron has worked as a lobbyist for almost 30 years, during which he has represented clients before Democratic and Republican Legislatures. He is a personable, highly respected and very knowledgeable lobbyist who has written 89 bills, with an enactment success rate of 94%. All but a handful of bills ultimately became law both at the state and federal level.
Marc A. Lipsett, Vice President and Senior Loan Consultant at Pacific Western Bank
Marc Lipsett grew up in the Bay Area and attended UC Santa Barbara. He earned an MSc. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. His first job in California was as finance manager for a direct real estate investment company. He joined their lead bank and has specialized in apartment lending since 1998. Marc was Director of Loan Production at Intervest, a mortgage bank, for six years. He left with his senior credit team to start a California multifamily lending platform for Pacific Western Bank in 2016.
