Hybrid Memberships


Hybrid Memberships are a combination of our Owner/Manager & Supplier Memberships. Truly the best of both worlds and perfect if you own and/or manage rental housing units in addition to owning a business, or if you operate under a business name that offers services beneficial to our members. As a Hybrid Member, you will receive all the available benefits that EBRHA has to offer, including our Rental Housing Forms/Resources, exclusive access to advertising/sponsorships/networking opportunities, and inclusion in our Supplier Directories.

​This membership includes a discount on the Supplier portion of the membership dues.

  • Hybrid Membership Dues for 1-2 Units: $249 + $345 = $594*
  • Hybrid Membership Dues for 3-4 Units: $269 + $345 = $614*
  • Hybrid Membership Dues for 5-8 Units: $289 + $345 = $634*
  • Hybrid Membership Dues for 9-16 Units: $299 + $345 = $644*

​NOTE:  MEMBERSHIP DUES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, but are tax deductible.  Application Processing Fees are non-refundable and applicable to new members only. ​​
