ATTENTION ALBANY RENTAL OWNERS:

EBRHA is urging ALL rental owners in the city of Albany to participate and share your opinions with the City Council on adding more renter protection measures. This study session is intended to provide the public with an opportunity to provide their thoughts and opinions on the value of local anti-harassment, just cause for eviction, and/or rent stabilization policies for the City of Albany.

What to expect:

• Dedicated time to share your thoughts and suggestions on renter protection measures before City Council

• Public comment will be incorporated into an advisory report evaluating potential local renter protection measures that will be presented to City Council in early 2026.
