Instructions for Sending Forms Electronically
Please see the EBRHA guide (coming soon!) for sending documents electronically for signature using the FREE version of Adobe Reader. The free version of Adobe does not allow you to combine multiple forms for signature. Your EBRHA membership incudes a membership with NAA! NAA's Click & Lease web-based software streamlines processes like e-signatures and ensures organization for users, along with other features and benefits. Please see below for more information and contact information for help with each program.
You will need Adobe Reader DC to open and use the files below. Installing Adobe reader will allow you to view and fill all files in the PDF reader format (not just our files, as this is a very common file standard).To get Adobe Reader click on the link to the left. You do not need any “Optional Offer” you see on the Adobe Reader screen. Deselect the “Optional Offer” check box and click Install. When the installation is complete, come back here and get your exclusive forms!
