The EBRHA Realtor Hub was created to bring together the people shaping the East Bay housing industry — housing providers, property managers, Realtors, investors, and industry partners — in one room.

This monthly in-person lunch gathering is designed to strengthen relationships, encourage referrals, and create meaningful collaboration between rental housing and real estate professionals. Members have consistently asked for more opportunities to build trusted industry connections, and the Realtor Hub creates a dedicated space for exactly that.

For Realtors, it’s an opportunity to connect directly with housing providers, property managers, and investors actively operating in the East Bay market. For industry partners and service providers, it’s a chance to build relationships with decision-makers, expand visibility, and become part of ongoing conversations happening within the rental housing industry.
