Alameda County SHIFT Program Presentation

At the Networking Mixer, we’re excited to welcome Dylan Sweeney, Policy & Programs Manager at the Alameda County Housing & Community Development Department, who will present a short overview of the County’s SHIFT Program. SHIFT is Alameda County’s new initiative designed to streamline housing development by reducing administrative barriers, supporting faster project approvals, and improving coordination across agencies. This innovative program aims to make it easier for rental housing providers to bring new units online—creating a more efficient path to expanding the county’s housing supply. Join us to learn how SHIFT may shape future opportunities for rental owners and property managers across the East Bay.
