For years, newer EBRHA members have asked for something simple but powerful: more opportunities to connect with experienced housing providers who have truly “seen it all.”

The Legacy Member Mentor Mixer was created to make that happen.

This monthly in-person lunch gathering brings together newer rental housing providers with EBRHA members who have spent 20+ years navigating the realities of East Bay rental housing — through changing laws, shifting markets, difficult tenant situations, economic cycles, and everything in between.

Unlike a formal class or consultation, this is peer-to-peer conversation. It’s a chance to hear real stories, practical lessons, mistakes to avoid, and strategies that only come from decades of firsthand experience in the industry.

Newer members gain perspective and confidence from people who have operated through real-world challenges. Legacy members have the opportunity to share knowledge, build relationships, and help shape the next generation of housing providers in the East Bay.

No presentations. No webinars. No sales pitches. Just honest conversation, industry connection, and a room full of people who understand the business.
