Oakland RAP Petition Process & SPORS Program Feedback Session

The City of Oakland is conducting a Race and Equity Impact Analysis (REIA) of the Rent Adjustment Program (RAP) Petition Process and the Small Property Owner Representation Services (SPORS) Program. As part of this effort, the City is inviting housing providers to learn about its findings and provide direct feedback that may help shape future improvements.
