he City Council has passed legislation to sunset the Covid-19 Emergency Moratorium, which also adds new tenant protections. Please join us for an overview of owners' rights and responsibilities under the new laws. Topics include covered units, prior state and local eviction laws, the new law on rent increases, evictions, late fees, and Just Cause amendments.
Please be advised that this workshop will be offered six (6) times in total.

This workshop will be held virtually through Zoom. A Zoom link will be provided fifteen minutes prior to the start of the workshop via Eventbrite.
