San Leandro City Council to Vote on Rent Stabilization Fee Pass-Through Ban

The San Leandro City Council will consider an ordinance that would prohibit housing providers from passing any portion of the Rent Stabilization Program Fee to tenants, making the fee the sole responsibility of property owners.
