CA - Understanding Rental Regulations in Oakland and Alameda County

This course provides clear, practical guidance for property owners and managers navigating local and state rental regulations. You’ll learn about key requirements under California law, including the Tenant Protection Act of 2019, as well as Oakland’s Rent Adjustment Program (RAP), Just Cause for Eviction Ordinance, and Alameda County compliance standards.
