This monthly member updates meeting will provide insights from EBRHA's board president, the CEO and Eviction moratorium updates from Real Estate Attorney Scott Freedman of Zack's & Freedman, PC.

Scott Freedman - Scott describes himself as a real estate problem solver. He regularly represents property owners in disputes involving purchase and sale transactions, construction projects have gone awry, difficult tenants, and boundary lines. He also advises homeowners involved in neighbor and co-owner disputes, including TIC and condominium conflicts. He litigates his cases in an effective, but aggressive manner, always focused on the client’s objective.  His successes include a sizable number of jury verdicts, arbitration awards, and victories via pre-trial motions and post-trial appeals. However, he also prides himself on his ability to resolve cases by agreement, even under the most difficult of circumstances.
