Dan Lieberman is an author, real estate investor, and consultant focused on adding value to multifamily real estate. Dan is the president of Milestone Properties, located in Berkeley. Prior to Milestone, Dan renovated and managed several thousand units while running a property management company for over 15 years. He was trained as an architect, is a licensed building contractor, and was a past president of the California Apartment Association.
