Membership Renewal Deadline Extended: Lock-in 2025 Pricing
Dear EBRHA Members,
We value your commitment to providing quality housing in our communities, and we want to make sure every member has a fair opportunity to take advantage of our renewal promotions.
Due to an unexpected system error, some members were unable to complete their renewals before the original January 1st deadline to lock in 2025 rates. To ensure no one misses out due to this issue, we are extending the renewal deadline to accommodate all impacted members.
If you attempted to renew but encountered an issue, you will still be able to secure the same renewal benefits that were offered prior to 12/31.
Our goal is to make sure every rental housing provider who wants to renew at the lower 2025 rate has the opportunity to do so.
Reminder — Renewal Promotions You Can Still Take Advantage Of
Even if your membership does not expire yet, you may renew early to avoid a future rate increase.
- Member for less than 10 years - Renew now and lock in your annual rate through 2027
- Member for over 10 years - Renew now and your membership price will never change*
- Former RHASAC members - Join or renew and lock in your membership price through 2027
*Membership must remain active without lapsing to maintain the current rate.
Beginning in 2026, EBRHA is updating membership pricing as we continue strengthening our programs, advocacy, education, and resources and we want to ensure members have the opportunity to secure the 2025 lower rate now.
How to Renew Your Membership
Renewing is quick and easy through our new website:
- Log in to your Member Compass
- Click “Renew Now” in the top-right corner
If you have already renewed your membership for 2025, you can renew early (pre-pay for 2026/2027) to lock in your pricing. To do this, please reach out to us to let us know you'd like to renew in advance and we can provide an invoice.

Membership Renewal Communication Reminder
Our primary method of renewal communication is email. We send outstanding renewal invoices weekly to the billing contact on file.
If you have not received renewal notices, please:
- Log in to your Member Compass, and
- Confirm or update your contact information
This helps ensure you continue receiving important member updates and renewal reminders.
