If your membership is up for renewal, you will receive an e-mail from EBRHA asking you to renew before the due date to avoid losing access to your benefits. If you would prefer not to renew your membership at this time, please reach out and let us know.

Renewing your membership is easier than ever with our new website!
1. Login to your Member Compass and click “Renew Now” in the top right corner.
2. If you have questions about your renewal, please email us at membership@ebrha.com, or utilize the Chat feature on our website to connect directly to a Membership Specialist.

Membership Renewal Communication
Our primary form of communication is EMAIL.
We send outstanding renewal invoices via email weekly to the billing contact on file.
If you have not received these communications, please login to your Member Compass (or reach out to us) to update your contact information.
